Asia Pacific Deaf Sports Confederation (APDSC) Secretariat would be honoured to give this encouragement speech for 18th Malaysia Deaf Games (SOPMA) XVIII 2014 Melaka. We are pleased to see the Malaysia Deaf Sports Association (MSDeaf) to organise this event to spot any deaf youth sports talents from the Malaysian states in order to gear up for Asia Pacific Deaf Championships likeBadminton, Bowling, Football and Futsal coming this year or 8th Asia Pacific Deaf Games 2015 Taoyuan, Chinese Taipei. We are pleased to see MSDeaf to invite Brunei and Singapore to participate this event. We hope to see more clubs from the neighbouring countries like Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand to participate for next SOPMA XIX 2016 to develop strong friendships through sports.
